Plantronics Explorer 330 Headset - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Will not come on after charging
If you've gone through the turning on process without success, then
to paraphrase Dr. McCoy (a.k.a. Bones), she's dead Terry. There are no
special buttons to push or battery to remove. It's time to upgrade with a new headset.Good luck from

Recently headset has had an intermittent high
It may be feed back from the surround sound or speakers in your home,
car etc. Try sitting away from them. If that does not work, delete from
your cell phone and re-pair back to your phone. Hopefully that will
help.Good luck from

Setting up headset with treo
Not sure which Palm Treo you have, but after reading through some of the
info on the different sites it states that some bluetooth devices were
easily installed and others were not. It may be one of the Treo's that
may need an application to download an update. Some of these were
released according to the information I read, that did not have DUN
installed. Whether this has anything to do with pairing your bluetooth
device, I am not sure. I couldn't find a spec page for your application.
Usually it is just a simple matter of going to the bluetooth application
on your phone and turning on your bluetooth headset. They find each
other and you have success. I would recommend talking to Plantronics tech help line
at 800-544-4660 x 5538.Good luck from

Cannot hear but people can hear me with 330, No sound.
This may be a broken or loose wire in your headset that prevents you from hearing them.Or the headset is not turned on. Press the call control button for 2 seconds until you hear a beep or see the indicator light glow blue to turn headset on. Your headset is out of range. Move the headset closer to the phone or Bluetooth device.Good luck from

Voice command times out -
If your phone has the voice capability's then you should be able to use
it through your headset. If this was a plan you were using before a
free app where it could be commanded by voice maybe it is over. However
if your headset simply is not working I would try to return it the
retail place of purchase if it is still under warranty, if not you can
always talk to Plantronics tech at 800-544-4660.Good luck from

Headset won't stay connected.
The headset may not be pairing up correctly due to the difference in
bluetooth applications. If you have a new telephone with the headset
already paired up to the very first phone, it will automatically go to
phone number one or the phone that it was last used with. If the answer
is not in the users guide, you can try Plantronics tech line 800-544-4660.
