My headset does not charge
This sounds like the battery is no longer viable. Unfortunately, the
headset does not have a replaceable battery. First you need to check if the headset is under warranty, and if so, get it replaced. But if it is not under warranty, you may want to take
a look at the link below to see a newer headset that is compatible in looks to yours.

What is the default code?
It's '0000' (four zeros). You must put in pairing mode, prior to trying to pair it with your phone. Starting with it turned off, press and hold the call control button for some 6 seconds, until the indicator light is flashing alternately in red and blue. It is in pairing mode now. Then, within the next 2 minutes, bring your phone close to it and make its bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, your headset should appear on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, your headset should enter the stand-by mode;
Hope it works for you.

Test the headset on another phone, if it doesn't work on the other phone then your headset is defective. Connecting the headset to the blackberry is fairly simple. Just verify that the Blackberry's bluetooth connection is active and make sure the headset's connection is active as well. Select the plantronics headset within the Blackberry's bluetooth menu, it should be listed in the menu if the headset is working.

Plantronics 330 connects to phone but no volume on
Remember that newer phones are like small computers, so they may become
corrupt over time and you may need to reset them every so often. Simply
turn your phone off and remove the battery for a few seconds, then
replace the battery and turn it back on again. If this does not resolve
the issue, delete the pairing information for your Explorer 330 headset
and pair it with your phone again. The link below for the Plantronics
Explorer 330 has the pairing information.

If you would like for your Bluetooth headset to stream music
or any other audio applications to your phone, the Bluetooth profile in both
devices must support Advanced Audio Distribution
(A2DP) for audio streaming. Unfortunately the Explorer 330 does
not support this newer technology. I
would suggest updating your headset to a newer model but remember your phone must
also support A2DP. The Plantronics Voyager Pro+, Voyager Pro HD &
the M1100 Bluetooth profiles support A2DP. I will include a link for Bluetooth headsets below.Bluetooth Headsets that support A2DPGood luck from Headsets Direct!
