When on a cordless phone
Most wireless routers transmit over the 2.4GHz frequency, which is the same as many cordless phones. If you can, move the router or the phone so that they are far away from each other. Otherwise, the easiest thing to do is buy a cordless phone that operates on another frequency. (Most phones display their frequency on their packaging.)

Linksys wireless N WRT150N Router showing limited
Hi.
If you have a cable modem or DSL modem, try to unplug power on it and your router too. Then plug the power back to the modem and wait until you see almost all the lights on. If your unsure just wait about 1 min and it should be ok. Next plug power back to your router. This will create an new IP address which could resolve your problem.

HOW DO YOU RESET THE PASSWORD AND OR USERNAME
Hi misslady,
You can reset the router to its factory state but you need to keep in mind that all settings will be back to its default settings. To reset the router press and hold the small reset button at the back of the router using a Pen or a Paper Clip for 15-30 seconds.
To access the router page you need a working computer that is connected to the router. To access the router page just open a browser then type 192.168.1.1, the Default username is blank and the password is admin.
Thanks for using Fixya

It isn't compatible with win
Don't install any software...
Just connect an ethernet cable to the router from the computer. It will work...
In case of wireless you need not install any software, just search for the wireless network and get connected using the password if you have one...

Internet works, but wont work with wireless power
In order to get your router back to the original settings, you must push
in the reset button (usually on the back of the router) for somewhere
between 10 and 30 seconds depending on the router. You may need a pin or
something small to push in the button, because it can be recessed. Once
you have reset the router, the username and password will be changed to
the defaults, admin and password, respectively. One thing you must
remember is that resetting the router will change all of the router
settings back to the factory settings. This means you will lose all of
the changes you made since you got the router. Make sure to write down
any things you've changed, so you can change them back after the reset.
Also, I recommend updating to the latest firmware after the reset.

I bought a new router
You do not have to use the cd.
Shutdown your PC. Unplug the power from the router and the cable modem.
Wait 30 sec. then plug in the power to the cable modem, wait 30 sec. then plug the power to the router. Wait till you have "Internet" light then restart your PC. The PC should pick up an IP address and you should be able to get on-line. This is if you have a cable service provider. If you have DSL, the router needs to be configured with PPOe.
To setup the router:
Using your web browser go to URL address http://192.168.1.1. You will then be prompted to login to your router. A log-in screen asking for the password will automatically appear. At this time enter the default password "admin", in lower case letters into the password field. The username field may be left blank at this time. (Note: both the default username and default password are set to "admin" on some of the newer Linksys router models).
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it and give a testimonial for my response

In the setup wizard it says that the router is
It may be that your ISP is set to only allow the MAC address that first connected to the modem to connect to the internet. It's a pretty lame attempt that some ISPs use for some odd reason to discourage multiple PCs or to use their router/modem combination. In any case it's easy enough to work around.
- Go into your router's configuration by opening Internet Explorer or Firefox and typing in 192.168.1.1 into your address bar
- Enter the password at the prompt. The default is admin if you haven't set a new one (I highly recommend changing this)
- There should be a tab that says "MAC Address Clone" click on it
- Click on the option to enable it
- Then click on the button that states "Clone your PC's MAC"
At this point it should now work.

Can not add another computer
What happens when you try?
Have you configured the router to allow only _specific_ MAC-addresses to connect to it?
Are you adding a "wired" or a "wireless" computer?
If "wireless", does that computer connect to other wireless networks?
