My LogiTech mouse stopped working. I cleaned the
Hi, I had a similar problem with a microsoft usb (wired) optical mouse. I shut down my computer and pulled out the usb cord. Mine has four thin rubber pads on the bottom. I removed the two farthest from the usb cord, and underneath each were two screws. I removed those, and then was able to carefully open up the mouse. Inside I found a small chunk of black plastic, that possibly broke off of something. I dumped that out. The usb cord plugs into the circuit board inside through a connector. I partially pulled the connector out of the board, then re-seated it. I also blew puffs of air into the optic (probably an LED). I cleaned the scroll wheel with a Q-tip dipped in alcohol, and cleaned anything else that needed it with a Q-tip and alchol as well. I reassembled it with the screws, stuck the pads back on (still sticky), plugged it back in and booted up my PC again. Now it is working very well if I use it on a black 3-ring binder (not a floppy one, a hard one). I don't know which thing I did was the trick, but it might help you or others. It still doesn't work well on white (paper for example). The connector may have gotten loose, or the plastic chunk may have been blocking the optics.

Logitech wireless combo mouse keyboard mk220
support through bluetooth
• Check the orientation of the batteries inside the keyboard and mouse, or replace the batteries.
• Is the USB receiver securely plugged into a computer USB port? Try moving the USB receiver to a USB port closer to the keyboard and mouse.
• If the USB receiver is plugged into a USB hub, try plugging it directly into your computer.
• Remove any metal object between the receiver and the keyboard/mouse that may interfere with reception. Try using the mouse on a different surface.
• Restart the computer.
• If these suggestions don't work, download the Reconnection Utility from
http://www.logitech.com/connect_utility.

How i can connect my logitech wireless mouse EN60950 to the laptop
Unfortunately, EN 60950 is not a Logitech model number. It indicates that the mouse (or other electronic product) was tested and met the European IEC 60950 standard. Here's a copy of a Logitech EN60950 certificate:
https://www.logitech.com/images/pdf/compliance/AGY-700-018651.001_AGY%20CERT%20CB%20HS%20A00086%20BAER%20CI%20(GGEC)_EUROPE.pdf .
Logitech sells several different wireless mice types. Some connect to Bluetooth only. Some connect with a specific USB wireless transmitter/receiver. The dongle is small enough to fit inside the mouse's battery compartment or stay in a USB port when the laptop is moved. (Older Logitech devices used the Unifying USB wi-fi adapter; new ones use the Bolt adapter.) A few models can be used with both Bluetooth and one of the wireless adapters. These can connect to two or more devices and then a single button switches between devices.
Please try to find the actual model of the mouse to get the correct information for connecting the mouse. Logitech support may be able to sell you the USB dongle if they have the correct one in stock.
I hope this helps.
