Upon booting I get this error, A fault has

Sounds to me like you need a drum or one of the other routine maintenance items.
The way to find out is to press your machine status button, then look under supplies. You will probably find that a drum life has expired, the IBT cleaning roll or fuser life have expired.
I am sure if you look there one of those "supply" items has reached its end of life.
In the same area under the machine status , there is also a section there for active messages and fault codes. Make sure you look there. If you have additional questions please ask.
If there is an active message or fault code, e-mail me at [email protected]. Just put Xerox M24 in the subject line please.

How do I reload staples into my Xerox WorkCentre 7530?

You did not indicate finisher? Xerox MFPs' come with the most finishing options of any manufacturer.... I included instructions for all of them below. Enjoy! Solution : Load Staples in the Professional Finisher With Booklet Maker The stapler in the booklet maker uses two Staple Cartridges labeled R2 and R3. Booklet stapling requires that both Staple Cartridges be free of jammed staples. WARNING: Do not perform this procedure when the printer is copying or printing.
  1. Make sure the printer has stopped copying or printing.
  2. Open the Finisher Front Door. wc7556-fin-pro-fnt-door-open.jpg
  3. Squeeze the orange R2 and R3 levers together and pull the Staple Cartridge unit out of the Finisher until it stops. NOTE: The Staple Cartridge unit does not detach from the Finisher. wc7556-fin-pro-r2-r3.jpg
  4. Grasp the orange tabs on both sides of the Staple Cartridge and lift the cartridge out of the Staple Cartridge Unit. wc7556-fin-pro-book-stpl-cart-remove.jpg
  5. Push the new cartridge into the Staple Cartridge Unit. wc7556-fin-pro-book-stpl-cart-replace.jpg

  7. When finished, return the Staple Cartridge Unit to its original position. wc7556-fin-pro-book-stpl-cart-unit-replace.jpg

Need to replace transfer belt cleaner and 2nd bias transfer roll

Both are probably still good but the HFSI (High Frequency Service Item) counter needs to be reset. Unless something has changed with them that has to be done with the service laptop hooked to machine with a serial cable and using M24 diagnostics.
