How do I reload staples into my Xerox WorkCentre 7530?

You did not indicate finisher? Xerox MFPs' come with the most finishing options of any manufacturer.... I included instructions for all of them below. Enjoy! Solution : Load Staples in the Professional Finisher With Booklet Maker The stapler in the booklet maker uses two Staple Cartridges labeled R2 and R3. Booklet stapling requires that both Staple Cartridges be free of jammed staples. WARNING: Do not perform this procedure when the printer is copying or printing.
  1. Make sure the printer has stopped copying or printing.
  2. Open the Finisher Front Door. wc7556-fin-pro-fnt-door-open.jpg

Need to replace transfer belt cleaner and 2nd bias transfer roll

Both are probably still good but the HFSI (High Frequency Service Item) counter needs to be reset. Unless something has changed with them that has to be done with the service laptop hooked to machine with a serial cable and using M24 diagnostics.

Hello, I get this code

That is the fuser exaust fan. It either is running to slow or not running at all.
The board detects a current difference and reports that fault code. Really common.
The fan part number is 127K29340.
To replace it you remove the right side cover, top cover on and the rear cover. You have to take off the shroud around the fan which is only 2 screws and replace the fan.
You can try removing the fan, cleaning it well and lubricate the bearing in the center. But that never is a permanent fix. Will work as a fix until you get a new fan.

How do I empty the

Better off replacing it, if you google it , the price normally is $20 or less. But you can take it out and empty it into a garbage bag, but there is a clear plastic window that must be cleaned to allow it to reset. They are pretty cheap. Google The Parts Drop. Most likely they have them.

I start the machine and after 5 seconds give me

Thats called an exception error. One of 2 things. Either it needs a complete software upload, or the network control board, called the ESS board has failed.
You can try these steps

This step will delete any print or copy job that is in process, and then perform a reboot.

To execute: simultaneously press and hold the 1, the Stop, and the Power Save buttons on the Control Panel while switching on the power. Hold the buttons down until the boot up screen (5 circles) appears and the second circle starts to blink.

This step will delete all pending print or copy jobs in the job queue, and then perform a reboot.

To execute: simultaneously press and hold the 6, the Stop, and the Power Save buttons on the Control Panel while switching on the power. Hold the buttons down until the boot up screen (5 circles) appears and the second circle starts to blink.

This step will delete all pending print or copy jobs in the IOT job queue (DC 3535: does not delete any job data stored in the Network Controller), initializes the IOT HDD (refer to ADJ 9.8 for details), and will and then perform a reboot. All customer data on the HDD will be deleted.

To execute: simultaneously press and hold the 4, the Stop, and the Power Save buttons on the Control Panel while switching on the power. Hold the buttons down until the boot up screen (5 circles) appears and the second circle starts to blink.

This routine will set all IOT ESS NVM values to default. Do not attempt this procedure unless there is a known-good Machine Settings floppy, an accurate Configuration Report and/or other data that will enable you to reload the correct NVM values for this machine.

This step will initialize the IOT ESS NVM (SYS-System and SYS-User) and then perform a reboot.

To execute: simultaneously press and hold the 3, the Stop, and the Power Save buttons on the Control Panel while switching on the power. Hold the buttons down until the boot up screen (5 circles) appears and the second circle starts to blink.

The last one IOT ESS NVM will clear all your netrowk settings.
