I however don't see available the part you describe and would again suggest you contact the company directly via their website or by contacting them by telephone at 1 (973) 287-5150 to see if they are able to provide the required part.
Your only option would be to take the failed part in to your local small appliance repair shop and see if they are able to assist.
How do you take it apart to clean
You can find the user manual here, and it does show you how to take it apart; disregard that the photo in the manual isn't a stainless steel model.

I was using it and the motor just stop what i can
Not sure how old thi sunit is, but the first thing I would check is a jam of fruit, esp banana (not suppposed to put this in there...too sticky) or a rind or seed. Tke the whole thing apart if you haven't already and wash it out. Hope no water int he motor area. Hope that helps but if its really electical, can't help you there! Sorry.
