I have a Disney Ariete and it came with a recipe book. These are two of the recipes.

These recipes are for preparing the mixture to be poured into the ice cream maker. The following recipes are for about 1 litre.

EASY CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
Ingredients:
2 cups of chocolate milk
1/3 cup sweetened, condensed milk
1/2 cup whipped dessert topping
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Chill

BANANA ORANGE FROZEN YOGURT
Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla yogurt
1 cup orange juice
1 cup mashed banana
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
Method:
1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
2. Chill

The ice cream mix has to be xconstantly stir in a nrine solution, That's why they have motorized ice cream makers that rotate the can surrounded by ice and salt.(brine) while a paddle inside stirs it. Good luck and enjoy.

Hi i hope this will be helpful but i typed Ariete into my google search bar and went on to the website for the company and emailed them. Asking if there was any way i could purchase a copy of it and they emailed me the leaflet. So maybe you may like to give it a go.

No make and model provided but.... Of course it isn't safe to eat!! It is likely a mixture of oil, broken seal dust and a little metal/rust creamed with a drop of condensation. 50 years as as a chef and I wouldn't serve that or eat it. Fix it or thrown the machine away! These machines are normally 20 years old and get used 3 times every 2 years.

If it was fine before stored away, then either the power is not getting to the machine, (rodent damage or corroded contacts) or there is a control fault.
