The blue warning screen should immediately go away after pressing the last digit of "26604." Still press ENTER as a precaution.

Well first off , what are you powering the dual from...is it "switched" power and fused? Secondly, what media are you using? A store-bought DVD or your own from a PC?

Open it again and check the ribbon cable for cracks, the one that get drag in and out every time it open and close. Because it is a defect for Pioneer too, and Pioneer would replace it free. Goodluck.

OK so be said the player will not load the CD...how in the world is he going 2 clean the lens if the player won't load anything? I'm just sayin...

i used a switch, to the ground, and i'm still having problems, so yeah lol

There's an option on the menu to tuen 'demo mode' on and off. If it's set to on, that's your problem. It will be switching input sources every 2 minutes or so. Switch this off and it'll be ok again.

When you disconnect your battery and then reconnect it again, it disables the radio. This is an anti-theft protection for your car radio. The enable your radio the activation code is in your vehicle owner's manual. If you do not have this code you need to go to your vehicle manufacturer's service centre and get them to enter this code for you.

check on the main wiring harness you wil see a black box on the yellow wire. open up the cover. there is a 10 amp mini fuse inside. if it is blown replace the fuse. also check your main radio and accesssory fuses in your fuse box. if no fuses are blown check all wiring connections.

your dual xdvd710 is having a power problem. The power board is defective that's why the dual xdvd710 is not powering on. One way or the other, the power board has been affected.

A component on the power board like capacitor may have been defective.

Detach the dual xdvd710 from the truck, get a screw driver, disassemble the dual xdvd710. Use a meter to read the power board of the dual xdvd710, in other to detect the bad component. Make necessary replacement and the dual xdvd710 should power on again.

Purchase the replacement online or at any electronics accessories store within your vicinity.

it sounds like a wiring problem i have seen these in many in dash dvd players. if you still have the manual just check your connections and your grounds there may be a short or mis matched wire
