If price is not an issue and you don't mind the outrageous shipping charge, Jabra sells a pack of 5 from their own website.

Cannot get my motorola H710 to enter pairing mode
If you've already tried to reset it- by pressing all buttons (center and the two volume buttons for longer than 10 seconds until the light turns steady blue, which is recommended in the manual), then try this: (I had the same problem, but got mine to work). On headset, close boom, hold
center button (and it turns pink). then, while keeping center button
depressed, open boom- light remains pink. Then look on phone, and hit
Add new device-- and bingo, it should be recognized now!! You'll be
asked if u want to pair w/ Motorola-- and led through the
process--follow those steps.
I had tried similar earlier, but the trick was to keep the button
depressed, and then open the boom. I can't quite remember if I kept
button depresed until I also pressed Add new device on phone or just
until after opening the boom and the light stayed on ... Sorry I can't
be exact; I was too excited. Hope this helps you get yours working!

How do you download the music to your earpiece?
You don't download music to headset; the music has to be on phone and enabled via bluetooth setting. Mine is using music at this time and auto stop for calls and auto start after hangup

Earhook design is not dependable
I called Jabra and they immediately mailed a new earhook to me... I had it in my mailbox in about a week. Everything seems to work a lot better. Chalk one up for great customer relations from Jabra...Not many questions asked other than where to send it.

After pairing with my mobile (Nokia N73) I am able the listen to music only for 10 sec
Try pairing your device to another mobile and try listening music with it.If it works, either the settings on you Nokia N73 need to be changed, either is not fully compatible with the phone. As a last resort you can reset to default the settings on your mobile.Upgrading the firmware I do not recommand doing it, even from an official site, cause it can turn be very unstable.

Jabra bt8010
Obvious it's a software problem.I strongly recommand downgrading from the OFFICIAL SITE or a trusty one the previous version that you had before or you could try 1.3 1.2 untill you find a working one.

Pairing Jabra bt8010 with a Vista Computer?
What you can do is go to dell's website and dl the bluetooth driver
I read it online
http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/product_support/product_support_central
Just go ahead and dl the bluetooth driver at the "network" tabs.
