Mine did the same thing. You need to update the software on the phone. I called their support line and the tech was very helpful. You download the installer from their website, teher the phone to an XP computer (must be XP) and follow the instructions.

Likely it's a problem with your complex phone switch. Do you have VOIP?

NUT, generally, with the first caller on, press flash you will get intercom tone again, dial 9 and connect to the next party. Once connected, press flash again and you should be connected to the original party.

check if you device are setup in the bridge Mode.

try recycing the power on that...hook up the two modules with power off, then turn power on..it is possible that connecting them while on, would glitch the system
