B. Yahoo Setup:

ur IP address has got nothing to do with ur camera...
what was ur IP address before u loaded the camera software...do u remember...re type the IP in the TCP/IP setting in Network setup in Control Panel....else let me know...we can work out

Try to find the driver, search in Google by typing WebCam-Name driver.

Import usually means get video from recorded source. You need to record or capture video. Difficult to solve without seeing what you are doing, and what software you are using
