No power
If you already checked and replaced the brushes but it is still not turning then you do these:
Try to see if your unit have a safety breaker and reset it,most of power tools have also a fuse in the plug itself.
Also some have a thermostat fuse.,you can find it attached on the rewined coil.
Plastic drive sleeve
Go to Dremel.com and you can buy a replacement from them and they also have a toll free tech line that you can call for assistance in the disassembly and reassembly of the tool.
The motor on my dremel 395 works but the bit
there is a coupling between the motor and the spindle that has probably cracked or stripped out. I suggest going to Dremel.com and getting an original replacement part for this. They are not hard to install.
Worn front bearing on Dremel Multipro
You can put new grease into that bearing without removing it by following the steps in this M.S. Paint drawing I made. After a bit of protest, mine started running a lot better.

Motor runs, collet doesn't turn
get a hot glue gun and go to your local hardware store and buy a piece of tubing to fit the collet shaft fill with hot glue and press it on the shaft.
Dremel 395 rotary tool - not working
it is the coupling inside of it called a flex coupling and it seem s like it is made of wax or something. tomorrow i will go to home depot to see if they carry metal ones that won't break.
Broken flex shaft on Dremel model 232 broke
You can go to Dremel.com and find assistance or call their toll free number at 1-800-437-3635 and speak with their tech assistance. Let me know if you still need more help. Also I tried using the model number provided and it came up empty that is why I am directing you to this site yourself.
Nylon Coupler cracks when installing
I would call Dremel direct at 1-800-437-3635 and order them. They also have a tech line, but I would think that they are in a bind when installing and cracking. Look at the bearings to make sure they are not tight or completely locked up. Let me know if I can help further
