You type the password 3 time after that they will ask you for your puk code then check from your back sim card and after that new password is 1234 to get out Ok .

1. If the Supertooth 3 is on, turn it off by holding down the green Multi-Function button for about 5 seconds (until you hear a voice announce "BlueAnt ST3 powering down").
2. Hold down "Vol +" and the green Multi-Function button until you hear a loud siren/distinctive tone.

4. The Supertooth 3 has now been reset: all pairing and other information has been deleted. When you turn the Supertooth 3 back on again it will prompt you to select a language and then go into pairing mode.

Hi, well i see this type of thing a lot. You see it is like this, ALL manufacturers have what we call a "Golden List" :now on this list are ALL of the headsets that will work 100% with their phone.
Now if it isn't on this list then it may or may not work, most likely it will NOT.
Accordingly you need to check this out and see if indeed your headset will indeed work with that particular phone?
When it all works as it should it is almost too hard to stop them working together, whenever they won't pair it is, 9 times out of 10, an incompatibility, or the unit is faulty,it really is that simple..
The fix, well, it is to get one from, you guessed it, the "Golden list" Then it is guaranteed to work.

Pin code is 0000, make sure the device is in pair mode first

You could try the bluetooth generic passwords (0000 and 1234), these usually work with most devices.

The generic PIN (Which is what I'm guessing you need) for most bluetooth devices is either 0000, or 1234. Please try those and see if that solves your problem.

Hi - I had the same problem setting up my 3G S. Here's the solution. In "Settings/General" set the Bluetooth to "ON". Turn your ST3 OFF by holding the green button until she says it's Powering Down. Now press and hold the green button ON until Language Selection (British English) option. Select language by pressing green button again. Next she will say "Device Found-Paring Successful-Enter password 0000". Enter 0000 and your phonebook will start downloading. There ya go!

Darrell 12/11/2010. make sure you have the phone set to sync then press green button on ST3 until it ask what language you require keep it pressed until it states on the screen that you want to sync press ok and you will find that it has connected. You can use the same system to sync it to an I Phone as well
