yes you need to check couple things the red power wire or the yellow power wire is touching something its not supposed to also check make sure the ground wire is tight

Yes, your parking brake safety wire has been run the correct way, so it will only play when you are in park. If that is the case, you must disconnect the pink parking brake wire from the parking brake ground, and connect it to the radio units main ground wire. This will tell it that it is always in park. Caution, they put the wire there for a reason, very distracting to have a movie playing in the front seat.

screw the code, disconnect the wire and run it directly to your radios ground wire and be done with it. By doing this you bypass the safety, you cant just ground the wire, it has to be a live source ground.

disconnect the parking brake safety. Its wired from your unit to the parking brake ground wire. Diconnect it and wire it right back to your radio ground and your picture will play while your driving. Happy crashing :)

do not cross the red and yellow wires

on the top of your screen it will say radio dvd av1 av2 and set.
press set and then it should have another list across the top. you would then have to press audio .that should take you to the bass treble etc.

Good News It is definitly the cable from the screen to the main PCB. Bad News the MFG (Not DUAL) will not release parts they refurb their def products
