Normally when you have low water pressure and/or cleaning issues, this an indication of a clog in your main wash pump. You will need to remove the lower spray arm and the coarse screen to get to the main wash pump sump. Inspect the impeller area of the pump. This area is usually where accumulations of debris collect and keep the pump from pulling enough water. Things like orange seeds, lemon seeds, bottle cap liners, chicken bones, and jar labels are just a few of the items I have personally found. Although, dishwashers do a good job at removing most food particles, they are not garbage disposals. I bet you will find a clog in the sump somewhere. Let me know if this helps.

there ar to screws that run int the bottom of the conter. If you open the daor you can see them if you look up. Next remove the lower kick plate. See if this has a steel braid line of copper to the water valve. If it is copper you need to disconect it. Then You should be able to pullit out as long as the installer left a long enough power cord.
Or

remove the plastic nut on the top of the spray arm and the 3 screws in the big out disc. After the sparay arm is remove you will look down itn the middle of the dishwasher and see 6 mor screws. Remove the cover over the impeller and the the one out of the impeller. Then the is 2 more in the lower cover by the impeller.

That is fine. The vinegar will not hurt it. You will smell the vinegar though. I do it every other month.

metal sleeves at the end of the lower spray arm?? dont remove them they only protect from hitting against heate and melting. should be a center thumbscrew in spray arm loosen that nut and should come right out, pokin with wire or toothpik willwill clear joles but you gotta remoe the debris from the arm other wise first run will shoot right back nto holes

If it is not in the top spot, pull the drawe out and reinsert on the next slider up.

Are the water jet ports blocked? Food, etc

Have you used the dishwasher salt in your machine?
