I dosent know how to
Follow the assembly instruction and you can also find a local Astronomy club member to help you assemble it.
Check this list:

We cant see anything
We receive more complaints on that brand than just about any other. There are two types of scopes.
A refractor with a lens in front and a focuser on the back--- and a reflector that uses mirrors.
For a refractor-- insert the diagonal onto the rear of the scope and then put the eyepiece into the diagonal-- DO NOT USE the 2x barlow. Take it out in the day time and practice focusing on a distant object.
If it is a reflector-- just put the same eyepiece into the focuser -- do not use the 2x barlow if you have one. Again take it outside during the day time and practice.

Can not see anything
You never said which scope you own-- anyway put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the focuser. DO NOT USE the 2x barlow if you have one only the eyepiece (and the diagonal if this is a refractor telescope)
Practice focusing on a distant object during the day time.

The lens is missing,
You mean the eyepieces-- yes many on-line retailers sell eyepieces. Here are two:

IMAGE IS UPSIDE DOWN
Yes, all astronomical telescopes have upside down images. It is perfectly normal and nothing is wrong with the scope.
If you want to use it for ground observation like bird watching you must buy what is called an erecting prism diagonal--
here is one:

I don't know how to
Sorry only Toys R Us would have a manual. None are posted anywhere on the internet.
I purchased an Edu Science
No -- that scope is sold by Toys R Us-- no manuals exist anywhere on the internet. You can buy eyepieces from various on-line retailers-- measure the hole in the focuser. Eyepieces come in 3 different sizes--- .965 inch, 1.25 inch, and 2 inch.
Your scope either takes-- .965 or 1.25 inch eye[pieces-- buy the correct size. Here are two retailers:

By the way-- we receive more complaints about that brand of telescope than just about any other brand. It is being sold by a toy store.
How to set it up
You never said what model you own? However there are no manuals for that scope which is sold by Toys R$ Us.
You can however download a manual for a similar Tasco scope here:
http://www.tasco.com/pages/instruction-manuals/
They all assemble and are used in a similar fashion by telescope type
I have just bought a
This scope is sold by Toys R Us, we receive more complaints on this brand than any other! No parts are available and no manuals exist for this "toy" telescope.Junk it and buy from a retailer like Orion-- for example.http://www.telescope.com/
Ahoo.comI've got a Star Tracker
It probably just screws onto the tripod-- this is a very simple telescope. Read myu tips on my profile page-- take it back to Toys R Us if it will not attach-- and never buy that brand again. We receive the most complaints with that telescope.
How do you find coordinates
You download a planetarium program like Stellarium-- which is free.
www.stellarium.org
Install it and put in your location. When you click on an object the coordinates are listed in the top left hand corner of the screen.
I need the instructions on
You will not find a manual for that telescope brand. However Meade telescopes has a web site with all of their telescopes--
They all assemble and are used in a similar fashion:
Try these two web site links and look under the REFRACTOR heading for a scope that looks similar to your scope.

This might be similar to your scope?

Take the scope oput during the day tiome. DO NOT opoint it at the sun. Point it at a distant object like a telephone polem or a building.
Look through the eyepiece with the largest NUMBER written on it-- and or the largest glass surface.
Turn the knob until the object comes into focus.
Read my tips on my profile page.
SO......102MM ASTRO-NOVA TELESCOPE.SHOULD I OPEN
The front is the part where the eyepiece and the focuser happens to be. That is called a REFLECTOR style telescope. Light enters the front of the tube and bounces off the mirror in the bottom of the tube. There returns and bounces off the small secondary tilted mirror out into the focuser and eyepiece. There should be an easy to remove dust cap on the front end near the focuser. That end is pointed toward the sky.
These types of scopes should be checked for collimation to determine if the optics are all lined up.

Try to find a local Astronomy club and get them to help you with the telescope.
@i buy a edu-science (10166a)
No one supports this telescope. You can buy some eyeglass lens cleaner solution (cleaner kit) and try to clean it up.
