When you connect the MP3 player to your
computer with the supplied USB cable then computer detects the player as an
external storage device or a Removable disk, you can then view the folder on
your MP3 player. Open the music folder and create a new folder on the player
exactly the same way you create a folder on your computer's hard drive. To
organise your music, make a folder name with the name of the music album and
place the album's MP3 files in this folder, then copy the mp3 files from the computer
into this folder.
You will then be able to select the music you want to play by the music album
folder.
To delete a file
from your MP3 player, connect the supplied USB cable to your player and then
plug it into the USB port of your computer.
The computer will detect your player then click on this device to view the
files, you can then click on the music file to highlight the file and then
press the Del key to delete the file off your MP3 player.
Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine the
type of video file format it uses.
Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI and
WMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX.
If your player cannot play a video then it is an
incompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to a
format that your MP3 player uses. After video conversion then copy the video
files to your MP3 player using the USB cable from your computer.

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format.
You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to
your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable.
For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to
mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then
copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to
the MP3 player and the computer.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will
create a MP3 music file for each music track.

My zune wont turn on
Does it do anything at all? Like when you plug it into your computer? If it does nothing on your computer, try plugging it into another USB port on your computer, or try a USB port on another computer. If possible, try another Sync cable, again on mutiple computers/USB ports if necessary. If you have a walll charger try that as well.
What happened whe it stopped working? Was it dropped? Was it working fine, then you plugged it in one night and got up the next morning and it was dead? Was it abducted by aliens? The more info you can give the higher your chances of getting a useful response.
Used a Micromax Mobile Charger
Did the charger documentation say it was Zune compatible? If so, you might try contacting the charger's manufacturer, since it sounds like you fried your board.
Does your Zune respond at all if plugged into a computer via a Sync cable?

I would recommend you to hard reset the player using the instructions below:
WARNING: A hard reset will delete everything on your Zune.
- Press and hold the back button
- Press and hold up until it reboots
- Depending on which Zune you have, immediately do one of the following:
- If you have a Zune 4 GB, Zune 8BG, or Zune 80GB, immediately press and hold the Back button Back at the same time as you press the right side of the Zune pad and the Play/Pause button. Continue to hold these buttons until the Zune device restarts and you receive the following message: "Clearing contents. Please wait."
- If you have a Zune 30GB, immediately press and hold the Back button Back at the same time that you press the right side of the Zune pad and the center of the Zune pad. Continue to hold these buttons until the Zune device restarts and you receive the following message: "Clearing contents. Please wait."
I hope the above steps would help resolve the issue.
Please revert back for any more issues that you may face.
