How do I print envelopes using Word 2013
- On the Tools menu, point to Letters and Mailings, and then click Envelopes and Labels.
- Click the Envelopes tab.
- In the Delivery address box, enter or edit the mailing address.
- In the Return address box, you can accept the default return address or do one of the following:
- Enter or edit the return address.
- Omit a return address by selecting the Omit check box.
- If you have access to electronic postage, for example if you purchased it from a service on the World Wide Web, you can add it to your envelope.
- To select an envelope size, the type of paper feed, and other options, click Options, select the options you want, and then click OK.
- In the Envelopes and Labels dialog box, do one of the following:
- To print the envelope now, insert an envelope in the printer as shown in the Feed box, and then clickPrint.
- To attach the envelope to the current document for later editing or printing, click Add to Document. The envelope is added to the document in a separate section.

You have to unable the control of the toner cartridge. Press 0 and 8 keys simultaneus and turn on the machine. Then enter 695 code and press the start key. Change the value from 1 to 0 and press enter.
The paper gets jambed when
This error message is displayed by the printer when paper is jammed in one or more locations. In such a case, users are recommended to remove the jammed paper from the specified location. The entire paper path must be checked for any pieces of paper. To stop the message, open and close the top most cover of the printer. Lastly, verify the flags and the sensors. If the problem persists, the cause of the error message could be a broken sensor or sensor lever.

Its a magnetic powder that combines with toner and trough magnetic roller is transfered on drum. Without it you cant make copies or prints.
I pressume because of blank copies that you trying to install copier.In package there must be developer.

From what you described, sounds like a broken sensor to me or there is a very small amount of stuck paper that prevents the cover from completely closing.
The documentation recommends not to try to repair yourself, since harm can occur.
If this equipment is leased, contact your provider.
