Polaroid digital camera

Hey susanfiscus,
You should have it looked at by an authorized service technician. You could contact the manufacturer and they should have a list of authorized service technicians in your area, and if they don't they would then most likely be able to provide you with an address to mail your camera into an authorized service center. You could also bring the camera into a Geek Squad® precinct in a Best Buy™ store and they should be able to send it out to an authorized service center. As far as how much it would cost depends on both what is wrong with the camera which can't be known until it is looked at by a technician. I will also say if the camera is less than a year old the repair could be covered under manufacturers warranty and no cost to you. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,
Allan

Screen

Hey brigando,
What is most likely wrong with the camera is the LCD screen is damaged and needs to be replaced. I would bring it to an authorized service center and they should be able to give you an estimate on the repair. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,
Allan

Posibley Broken LCD?

Use the viewfinder to take pictures on vacation, then have your camera looked at in a camera shop or repair shop to assess the damage. Might be cheaper to just get a new camera sometimes with labour costs and parts costs these days, but doesn't hurt to get it looked at for free!

My digital camera

First, do you know what cord you are using to connect? For me, I use a SanDisk connector, where you put the memory card right into t he devise.

Flash

IS the flash in auto mode? You can manually turn off the flash in the menu, itll look like a lightning bolt with a slash through it. Flash will not operate in macro mode if available. no other firmware problems I can think of would stop firing the flash, might be hardware/defect.

Polaroid i830

Sounds like a power problem. Recharge the supplied LiOn battery. Clean terminals and contacts with a pencil eraser.

If this fails, return it.

Power doesnt stay on for long on my polaroid digital camera

im gonna give an example first ( if u turn ur camera on and dont do anything it will power off) so go to ur menu were u set stuff up and c if theres a spot were u set power on\off time and if its below a minute put it on a minute or higher i recomend a minute though so if it turns on in ur purse it wont run the batteries down if that doesnt work and ur not using lithium batteries try thoughs if thoughs tips dont work send it in to the company so if it is really messed up and instead of sending it in to the company u have a electronics store work on it and the camera is like half way fried or something and you had a peron that doesnt work for your cameras company work on it the company will take it back and give u a new 1 cause on the warranty it states that if u have a person that doesnt work for the cameras company work on it and they didnt think it was ur fault the camera was messed up they would give u a new 1 but like i said if u have someone that doesnt work 4 that company they wont give u a new 1 so b careful

Polaroid i733 7.0 digital camera won't work

My daughter just had this problem with her camera. The camera was off with the lens barrel extended. When I looked at it closely, I noticed that the inner part of the lens barrel was at a slight angle to the camera. I pushed firmly on the low side of the inner part of the barrel, and it popped the rest of the way out. Camera works fine now. Good luck!
