Lost CD Driver

This is for you, if you lost your CD driver that came with your camera, and you don't know how to download your pictures to your computer. You don't need the disk to transfer your pictures from your camera to your computer. Follow these steps:
1. Take your sd card out of your camera.
2. Plug your sd card into your computer.
3. A folder with your pictures should appear on your computer.
4. Copy your pictures to a different folder on your computer.
5. Take your sd card out of your computer.
6. Your pictures will be on your computer for you to enjoy.
If that doesn't work, plug the cable in that came with your camera.
I hope this helps.

File Contains No Message

This is for you, if when you go to look at pictures on your camera that you have already taken, and a message appeares on the screen that says: file contains no message. This happened to me. Don't panic. This happens when you accidently cut your pictures from your sd card, and put them in another folder, so you can look at them. Follow these steps:
1. Delete the messages that say: file contains no message off your camera.
2. The pictures should be already on your computer.
3. Save your pictures to a blank CD.
4. Go to a store with the CD, and get your pictures developed.

I hope this helps.

Background is overexposed

So, the problem doesn't seem to be the flash if the actual subject in the foreground is exposed properly. My guess is that the background is being lit by another light source. Typically, your camera uses a flash for dark areas or what it gauges as a dark area. This doesn't adjust the background for additional light sources. For example, if you're standing outside and there's a tree covering someone that you're taking a picture of your flash will adjust to "properly" light that individual. However, because the flash was used for the main subject, the background is actually now overexposed. The overexposed background will show up as a brightly lit area because the camera had to adjust for the foreground. This will actually reverse itself when it's dark out - meaning if the background and foreground are dark, the flash will expose the foreground, but the background will be black. Hopefully, that helps you understand lighting and exposure. Now, to fix this problem when shooting, you would need to consider several options - 1. SLR camera with aperture and f-stop settings as well as compensation controls. This will allow you to control every element of the exposure, but you still need to be aware of the lighting behind the "subject" to properly expose your shots. 2. backlighting compensation - common settings on both SLR and point and shoot cameras that makes auto lighting conversions for backlighting and other common lighting issues. Test whatever options are on your camera to see what works best for your specific problem. 3. Photoshop retouching - you may take one shot with your subject exposed properly and a second shot with the background then merge the images together. 4. using a tripod to shoot without using the flash - this may give you the closest exposure to exactly what you see when looking at your subject.

Polaroid i737 doesn't have a setup menu

The camera was "Q-Mode", which causes only an abbreviated menu to appear.  By taking the camera out of Q-Mode, which is done on an entirely different menu and not made clear at all in the owner's manual, the Setup menu is available.  The Setup menu is the key to everything in this camera, so my advice is to not keep the camera in Q-Mode.

Polaroid i733

On my computer Xbox I have to have a driver for the camera installed on the computer. Without installing the driver the computer does not compute the new hardware. If you don't have a driver which comes with the camera. Try to browse the internet for a driver to fit your individual camera, or installs a wizzard to download pictures from your camera. Once the driver is installed when you plug in your camera to the USB the wizzard should prompt you what you want to do with your pictures. Both of the computers I have have to have a driver or program loaded to the computer before it will let me download from the digital camera?? Other than that, Don't know.

Polaroid i733

Hey Ally00,
You can try removing the batteries and cleaning the battery contacts with an eraser. By removing the batteries you will also reset the camera to its default settings, which might also help. If this doesn't work I would have the camera looked at by an authorized service technician such as bringing the camera to a Geek Squad® precinct in a Best Buy™ store, and they can send it out to have it serviced. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,
Allan

POLAROID I733

sorry this is not a solution for your problem just a comment. I know of 7 of these cameras that the girls in our small town here bought and they are all having the SAME Problem. Also are when they were working they experienced the same problem with the shutter sticking half way out and freezing up. We should all get together and do something about this. These cameras were purchased at Kmarts and Walmart. These girls paid alot of money for this camera and the memory cards and batteries etc... to have them only work for a few times it is just ridiculous!!!!
