My sansa e280 doesnt show the video files

You need to use the supplied Sansa Media Converter program to convert your videos (and photos) to a format the Sansa can handle. If you've misplaced the SMC, you can download it here.

When i plug my mp3 player up it restarts my pc

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the software that came with the MP3 player. If that does not work, try plugging in the MP3 player before you boot the machine up, then boot it. If the machine won't then boot up, it could be because it's trying to read the device as a hard drive. You'd then need to change the boot settings on your machine, or atleast check them over. Thats happened to me before.

I cannot delete songs from

They are probably corrupt files. You will never be able to delete these unless you format your device, which unfortunately will delete all of your songs.

To format: Connect it to you computer, go to my computer, right click on Sansa and click on format. Once the format process has started don't interupt it. You will have to re-load all of your songs back on to the player, but at least your corrupt files will be deleted.

Hello i'm venkat.. i have a problem in my sansa

You could send in the Sansa E280 to here: http://www.pdasmart.com/pda-battery-center/battery_SANDISK_SanDisk-Sansa-e280_battery_center.htm

They will replace your battery for you.

You could also purchase the battery here: http://www.amazon.com/Sandisk-Sansa-Battery-E200-E250/dp/B003E4WL6K and install it yourself.

How do I replace the battery on the Sansa e200 player?
1. Remove the back on the e200 by removing the 4 screws.
2. Lift off the back by using a finger nail or a small flat head screw driver. It will not take a lot of force to remove. NOTE: When replacing the e200 battery be sure that the contacts on the battery line up with the contacts on the player.
3. The battery has three gold contacts on one end of the battery, which is near the words SanDisk Sansa. Be sure these contacts match up with the three gold contacts on the back of the player.
4. Lightly push the lined up battery up against the contacts of the player until the bottom end of the battery can be pushed into place.
5. Replace the lid to the back of the player and then plug the player into the computer using the Sansa cable.
6. Once the player has connected to the computer and is ready to be used or says "Connected", unplug the device. NOTE: If the device goes directly to a black screen after unplugging it, then the battery has been replaced incorrectly. Take the back off the player once again and flip the battery around and the e200 device should work properly. I have a sansa e280.

Try to update the firmware .
1. On your Sansa e200, verify the hardware revision.
a. From the Main Menu, go to Settings > System Info.
b. Select Version.
- If the Version is V01.xx.xxx, you have an e200v1. Go to the e200v1 firmware download thread
- If the Version is V03.xx.xxx, you have an e200v2. Go to the e200v2 firmware download thread
2. Instructions on updating the firmware are provided in the thread.

Go to Settings, and scroll to "USB Mode". Select "MSC" and press the center button. This puts the player in Mass Storage mode, where it acts like a hard drive.
Connect the player to your computer, and wait until it powers up and says "Connected". Go to "My Computer" and double-click. (You should see an disk icon for the Sansa.) .Right click the disk icon an select format. Quick format .
