Somehow my language got changed

From the main menu, select the Settings menu (four slide controls). Language is the second item in that menu, and you should find English in there.

When i start appear "load main image failed switch

The error means that the program of your SanDisk is corrupted. Do you see an option to switch it to "recovery mode"? If not, the best thing that you could do is to send the device to the authorized service center for repair.

Thank you!

Im trying to see all my music files on windows

connect it to the computer ..and after that open my computer folder and you willfind it like a drive ..(probably named removable disk ..or removable storage device ..) when you open that folder you will have all the music stored in there ..like in a regular folder..you can also add or remove files by copy them and paste into or delete from ..
if you want them to be played into windows media player ..just see the task aside (left ) called play all...and they will be added to the windows media player play-list ..
or ..go back ..to the drive icon into my computer ..and right click on it ..and choose play with...and select the player you want..

I am having a problem

I put my e280 into msc mode so you are able to see the player's folder in windows explorer then I formatted it from there once this had completly formatted I disconnected the player and returned it to mtp usb mode and then re-connected it to my PC.
It recognised the player and gave two options to sync with library I chose sync permanently with current library and it began to install music from the library.

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer

When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.

I left my sandisk mp3 unattended for like 2

Mine does this when I plug it into my computer to charge and then the laptop is closed or the computer hibernates. I simply slide the power switch up to the ON position all the way and hold it there for at least fifteen seconds before releasing it. It then turns off. I allow 5 seconds and it turns on as ususal, no problem.

Sansa e280

Hello,

Like most players, the device should contain 3 folders with the name
Music
Photo
Video.
Media is on the player, each type has its their specific folder name (should be int the matching location).
If deleted, make new folder names Music, Photo and Video.

When having problems with making a connection to the computer:
>
Having a version 1 player, the e280 (written on the backside):
1. On your Sansa player, press and hold the Power/Menu button for 15 seconds to turn the device completely off.
2. Slide the Hold switch so the orange portion shows.
3. On your PC, double-click My Computer (on MAC, open the desktop screen)
4. On your Sansa player, press and hold the REC button while connecting it to the PC.
5. Release the REC button when a 16MB-FORMAT drive partition appears under My Computer (on MAC, on the desktop screen)
>
Having a version 2 player, the e280v2 (written on the backside):
For step 1, 2, 3 and 5 follow the same steps as for version 1.
Only for step 4:
4. Press and hold the ( |<< ) button on your player, while connecting to the PC.

Alot on times if your MP3 player or USB drive will not show up in My Computer you need to assign a drive letter to it because the default drive letter it want is already assigned to another device. The links below will help you do this.
