Try one more thing, remove all the connections to t-con board the and clean the terminal of the wire. you can use an eraser for that. with the eraser rub the contacts on the end of the wires. do not use eraser on the sockets which is on the boards.you have clean only the wire. after cleaning connect it back and check. if then also the is lines there is line then you need a new t con board. Buy an cleaning kit with cleaning solution, and clean the display very carefully. If you apply too muck pressure you can damage the LCD display.
