Computer keep restarting wont start
Try booting the computer from a bootable CD or DVD. If it boots from the CD or DVD without restarting then they is a problem with you OS (operating system software). You'll have to reload your OS.

Sony Vaio fan making noise
Hi:
Not sure of a user cause for the fan to run full speed, unless you are using the laptop in a high heat environment, or setting it on a bed or other area where it is not getting adequet cooling air. If it does it right away, when you turn it on , cold, then there might be a laptop hardware problem. If you leave your laptop on all the time, then you might be inducing the problem. I had a HP high performance laptop, that the fans would not turn on at all till it ran an hour or so, then they would stay on loud for 10 or 15 minutes, then shut off, then cycle.

You have probably damaged the LCD display by compressing it. It may improve over time but it is unlikely that it will go back to normal. You can try gently massaging the screen and see how it affects the issue, this is a method to repair dead pixels.
Hope this helps,

How to install a windows xp to a laptop?
I take it by the question that you have Vista installed now? If you do, there are a couple of things you need to do before attempting an XP install. Follow the two things below, then insert the XP disc and boot from it and follow the normal installation prompts.
Before you attempt it, make a couple of changes in the BIOS to hopefully work around a few problems that might crop up.
"BIOS setup (f2) and set the hard drive to ATA compatible."
I would go ahead and disable everything in the boot heading besides the DVD/CD.
You also need to disable caching module before you change the drive SATA settings.

When starting the computer
A main reason for that is because you removed your password, thats why it goes straight to your desktop, to enable your password....
1.Start menu
2. click your picture icon on top of your username
3.click enable password
If the icons on your desktop are gone its because you disabled those as well enable them by...
1.right click desktop
2.view
3.click enable desktop icons..

When starting the computer....
The first thing that comes to my mind, is a similar issue with a virus. I highly recommend you to check for viruses (Put an antivirus cd, boot up the machine and scan the entire hard drive).
