This sounds like an internal issue. I can first recommend to confirm your camera is in AUTO mode. Second, i would see if those lines show up if you connect camera to TV. If it does, there is an issue with optical of camera, if it doesnt, might an issue with LCD screen

My guess is that the internal battery (not the main battery) is faulty and it has lost it's stored settings. Try changing it to English and keep it charged, don't let it deplete, see if it retains the setting. As far as the line is concerned, without a proper description its hard to say, but often bright highlights will cause a line down the display because of the way the imaging chip works, that is normal if it is only present with highlights

first of all - you need to remove your existing memory card from the device second - you need a usb cable that will connect the camera to your pc and that should do the trick.

try to format sd card or change new sd card....because might be theres virus on your sd card

I have a JVC GZ-MG130 complete with the CD Rom disk that came with it, If this is of any help to anyone I can send a email link where this can be down loaded the files are all zipped up and are 560mg in size just unzip or winrar and burn you will have an exact copy of mine.

Go into the menu and look for the Demo mode turn it OFF if it is on.
