Take out the magenta cartridge and using a dry clean cloth wipe the copper connections on the back of the cartridge, inspect where the cartridge is put to make sure they are also clean and ndamaged.Reinsert the cartridge and allow the printer to recognize it and do a test print it doesn't have to be a big picture just enough to see if the ink is working, if it still won't print then the cartridge is most likely faulty take it back to where you bought it and ask for a new cartridge. Unplug the power. Take all cartridges out and wait five minutes. Reconnect machine to power. Wait until machine demands carts. Reinsert cart as demanded.Machine should run a short cleaning cycle.

ok, you jyst change Properties of the Printer.
Open Control Panel and click on Printer And Fax , open it.
Select your Printer and right click on and select Properties.
From Properties you change Speed as Faster and Qualty as Normal.

• Print Spooler service depends on RPC to be started (running)
• Start Windows Print Spooler Service (Windows 7 / Vista/XP/2000)
• Press ON/OFF switch to reset the multifunction device
• Set the default printer (Windows)
• Uninstalling / reinstalling the MP800R / MP830 / MP530 drivers (Mac OS X)
• Uninstalling / reinstalling the MP800R / MP830 / MP530 drivers (Windows)
• Disconnect other device and reboot computer

Generally, you can save the contents of your scan to a .JPG file and store it in an easily accessible folder such as "My Documents". Then on your email, all you need is to attach the file and send it! Good luck!

it could be the coagulation of ink in between the cartridgebetter dip it in mild hot water for some times and replace it wiping the water. it would do the trick and solve your problem . it has been practicallytested.

AP position error will trigger a 6A00 error code. An error occurred in the AP motor during purging operation. According to the service manual you will need to replace the sheet feed unit, logic board assy, purge unit.

Usually an error U051 indicated printhead problem.
You can try to reseat the printhead.

You maybe have to upgrade your firmware:

And install new software for it by selecting your windows 32 or 64 bit.

The following may work: remove all the ink supplies. Remove the printhead and soak it for about 5 minutes in 0.5" of very hot water. Gently blot the printhead on a soft damp paper towel to remove the excess water, then replace in the printer and then reinstall the ink supplies.
