Is this a "stock" email program shipped with your Palm Treo? Try to DELETE programs / Apps you don't use or need... ESPECIALLY those Apps that "auto-start" and eat up memory needlessly! *Note that some Apps are mandatory and when and if you delete them your OS / mfg will reinstall the apps they THINK you need. IF you've added a additional App for your email service, some are poorly written and eat up bunches of memory ~ even when it's in standby waiting for new messages. As a last resort, DELETE your email program and reinstall it with the latest version you can find that is compatible with your Treo. Anthony

If you are able to locate a replacement microphone online for your Treo, YOU are able to replace it yourself. It is pretty intuitive. I am sure you can figure it out.

Did it actually reset when you did a hard reset ..or does it stay powered up?

if you are using Vista ultimate, it is a 64 bit operating system and therefore palm doesn't have official support for it yet, but someone has found a solution:

As far as I know free codes does not unlock your phone, so even if you would find a unlock code or whatever you'd have to spend some money. I would recommend the Unlock-Zone.com site is nearly perfect and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums. I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked. Hope this helps.

Welcome to Fixya. I would like to know if the the battery is still charging? you can try to Soft reset (putting battery out and in) the unit and see if it will stays on. Please provide the information needed to be able to fix the issue.

For the data info you can use a data cable to upload them to your pc and after move them in the other phone. For contacts find another cell like yours to see how to copy them into the sim card and follow the exact steps . You can easily find a cell like yours to a selling cell company .
