Xerox Phaser 7760 prints white diagonal lines
Are the white lines in one color or all colors? If it is just one color you should try cleaning the laser window. Open the front cover and in the cover there should be a cleaning wand. Remove the waste cartridge and use the cleaning wand to clean the laser windows located behind the waste cartridge.
Why phaser 7760 toner cartridge not recognized
You will need to contact your local Xerox concessionaire for further information. It can be a faulty CRUM chip on the side of the toner cartridge (very un-likely) or if your machine is quite new then I've seen an NVM location needed to be updated. (slim possibility)
Xerox Concessionaire is the best course of action.

However if not I would advise you to contact Xerox asap and hope you have a contract.

Hey I have a xerox wc7328 connected to my andriod. There is a app that is called "printback" from xerox. Follow the instructions in the website where you download the app and its easy. Good luck don't forget to visit us at iteminconline we have all your xerox parts that you need. New and refurb.

Xerox phaser 7760 close door a in the display
This is a very common problem with the 77X0 series. The lower left door magnets have come loose and won't hold the door closed all the way. If you press on the door and hold it closed...the error should go away. The "Door A" needs replaced unless you can get just the magnets and replace them.
