The picture takes time to come clear, always cloudy and come off gradually.

Most likely some components on one of the processor boards have become thermo sensitive over time. This means when they are cold or at room temperature their spec is out. Over time as the circuit board warms up the components drift in to specs. It is time consuming and sometimes difficult to locate these problematic parts. Replacing surface mount components is very specialized and requires proper soldering equipment. If you send the set out for service most likely the service tech will locate and change the complete board that has the fault, if the board is still available. When these TV sets fail out of warranty they are generally not worth to service. I would consider replacing the set...

Why wont a temp file not play on my lg smart tv?

There should be a section in the operation manual that tells you how to set up your tv to view jpg or rlf or whatever you saved with the image and dot following. On the right side of the tv there is a button 2nd up from the bottom you push and it goes to video, hdmi ...one of these should lead you to your usb. We just use the laptop and directly link it to the tv to view such files. If this doesn't help, look up the website for your tv and seek troubleshoot, sometimes there is a person you can "CHAT" with, you may get lucky. Also, if the television is a "Smart TV" , it can even link with your "Smart Phone", you just have to find the manual for your phone and find out how! Sorry I can't be there to help you set it up, but just don't get frustrated that's the main thing. Read everything! You will figure it out!

Remove the board on which the capacitor is mounted, find where it is soldered in on the underside of the board, remove with soldering iron, clean the mounting holes, insert the new cap and re solder. Take note of the Negative and Positive leads before removing the old one and place the new one correctly. I Take this is one of the high voltage capacitors on the power supply board.

Why does LG tv shows no signal fot local nbc channel

Not sure how you are connected to receive the signal, but if you are not using a cable box and going off air, then either the signal is not coming in from NBC, or your antenna needs adjustment. IF its over the air, its also a digital signal which will tune to lets say channel 4. For digital it will be 4.1 or 4.2 etc. If you are using a cable/sat box to then connect to the TV, call the provider and ask.

What happened to my color on screen?

I experienced a similar problem with my 52" Sharp Aquos TV. I called and spoke with Sharp service dept. and they walked me thru the process of resetting the TV to it's original "default" values. It worked great once I completed the steps while on the phone with them. suggest you do the same thing with JVC.
