Do you meant to say the BIOS is password protected?

operating system not loading. start w out usbs occupied. if nothing in usb then start in safe mode.if u cant start in safe mode try w operating system disk in. if that fails test real time clock battery. if that fails find way to reformat hard drive. or get another.if u got the pc this way this is a bad sign

I used an exe patch for mine, i downloaded from a torrent, with the patch you go into programes locate bejeweled and replace the exe file for the new one, worked great for me .

It's a driver issue. i suggest that you install RadarSync so that you can scan your computer with it. it will return a reminder that you need to update some drivers. Try to boot Windows in Safe mode command prompt - power it on, push F8 and choose that option. After loading, type chkdsk c: /f.

The graphic chip or chipset is not working. This is serious problem, and can be repaired by chip reballing or replacing in well equipped laptop service.

Probably viruses. Try to load Windows in Safe mode, if everything is OK, there is a problem with system or viruses. Power on laptop, press F8 and hold until you get Windows loading options, and choose Safe mode.

Probably someone spill something on laptop. It is very strange that two things broke at the same time. Try to take out keyboard to see if there is some liquid on it. If this does not help, take it to the laptop service to try another keyboard, becuse you can buy it and figure out that controller chip on laptop is broken.

turn on the notebook and push button F8 many times to you see screen which contains Safe Mode and menu more menus. you choose Safe Mode and Windows loading, then loading you choose Administrator user and you have to logged in, then from Control panel -> User accounts you have to clean the password on your account. Yes, since the Headphone pin is stuck in the Jack, you are not getting audio from Speakers.

You should have noticed that connecting the headphones to the Jack will block the audio coming from the Speakers and the same is the current situation.

You can either try removing the blocked part using a Tweaser or get it repaired.
