i dont think its possible with windows mobile phones as they use activesync to communicate with the computer but you can try Windows Mobile Center but im not sure

The digitizer on top of the lcd display is most likely faulty, try a hard reset, if it doesn't solve the problem the digitizer would need to be replaced.

To perform a hard reset
1. Press and hold the Comm Manager button and Voice Command
button on the device.
2. Keep the two buttons pressed, and at the same time, use the
stylus to lightly press and hold the RESET button.

It is because you have a problem with your digitizer. it is the upper layer of your LCD screen or it is commonly called as the touchscreen module. I would recommend you to bring that to a service center and have the digitizer/touchscreen module replaced. I hope that I have helped you in your problem. Good day.

please explain what you are doing with the alignment screen. Have you done the 5 point alignment method? have you confirmed it? if it cannot confirm your alignment and it is going back to the first step again, you need to change your touchscreen module.

To perform a hard reset, use the stylus while pressing into the reset hole, press the power on/off button at the same time. Screen will prompt you to press the Green call and Red end call button together to confirm on hard resetting the device.

*Note: Hard resetting the device will cause the device to be reset back to its original factory default settings and all data will be lost.

you may have to go to your settings for text tones then click on the folder that has your mp3 tunes in. hope that helps

'm' stands for 'mobile' #
'w' stands for 'work' number
it depends on the way you enter data into the 'contacts'
phone defaults to 'work' number.

try taking battery out?

if you are charging from the computer usb it wont work you will need to buy a wall charger from ebay or somewhere and the phone will fire up again hope this helps

99% solved.

Apparently if you let the battery go completely flat it won't charge via USB and you'll have to use a proper plug in mains charger.
I've just had the same problem with mine and I've been searching the house high and low for the charger!

go onto the settings and and try to find language but know how far to go down or anything..by using user manual try it out in settings

login to http://xda-developers.com ;and this will solve the problem of your PDA

I had the same issue. The XDA is fully unlocked, the problem is that the phone has never been one which Orange have acquired the correct settings for, they never sold it (to the best of my knowledge). When I had mine unlocked and tried to use it on Orange it would not send or receieve any txt messages. Orange were rubbish and O2 point blank refused to help.
I just bought another phone and binned it.
