My Xerox 8560MFP won't print
Hello.
All I can determine is that the code 13,138.42 means that the printhead left jetstack heater took too long to reach its
setpoint. It could be a bad printhead, But, Xerox should be able to tell you exactly what the problem is and what is the cost for parts as well as the service and what parts are needed.
There are other service providers for Xerox products other than Xerox, such as American Printer Service, Inc, for example. I cannot personally recommend them, since I have not used them. It really depends what service provider is available to you locally. Search online for "Xerox service providers" or check your community resources, if available. Be certain to get a guarantee from whoever you use.
Whichever service you use, evaluate if it is cost-effective to repair the 8560MFP.

Phaser 8560 error code
Most likely you are using generic ink or ink not made for that specific machine. The black ink is the one causing the problem. the printer will then need to be reset.

XEROX 8550 7,010.43 error code
There is a print block located on the left side of the machine looking from the front. It is near the bottom of the machine, Staineless steel, about 1 inch square.
It normally has ink in it and causes the print head to pivot slow.
You have to pull the spring holder up and to the left, remove that block and clean it well. That should resolve your problem.
You want to remove as much excess around the block as you can.
Display Screen not available
The control panel has gone bad and must be replaced (part# 848K06552). This is a pretty easy fix. Here is a video that shows you how to replace this part. Iteminc.com has these in stock and ships same day

This is your problem.
7,009.42: The printhead is tilted back but not properly restrained in the park arms.
This will require a certified Xerox technician to repair.

No display info @ Xerox Phaser 8500
If you're saying you do not see any display on the control panel then you should replace the control panel (part# 848K06552). You can purchase this part at www.iteminc.com. They have it in stock and can ship same day.
Here is a video that shows you how to quickly replace this part. Its is a pretty easy repair.

This is a problem with your ink or ink loader. Inspect the ink to make sure it is Xerox brand and unbroken. If it appears ok. replacing the ink loader (part# 133K27711) and clearing the ISC faults will solve this. Here is a video I made that will show you how. Good luck, I hope it helps.

Hi. The error code you are referencing is referring to Black Ink Stick Count Failure.
- Make sure you are using Phaser 8500 ink sticks
- Make sure the ink sticks slide properly
- Remove any broken or partial ink sticks from the ink-loading bin
If the fault code is still displayed you will need to contact support to schedule a service call.
