The printhead is stuck in the tilted position. Did you have a power outage or turn it off by unpuging it? Not hard to fix but you have to tear it down and rehome everything. sometimes if you turn it off and turn it back on it will find home on itself. But rehomeing it works every time. If you dont know how to do this call a service center.

My Phaser 8500 will not print and has error

The Xerox support site indicates there is a paper jam to the printer, so you should check the paper tray, front and exit cover for any jammed paper then power off and back on the printer. Xerox phaser 8500 error code 09, 038, 46:4597

Ink count sensor flags are stuck after melting 2.5 ink sticks. The following codes are recorded: 9,03x.41, where x= 5 for cyan, 6 for magenta, 7 for yellow, and 8 for black. (Your error indicates black ink loader failure)

Features on the bottom of genuine Xerox ink sticks actuate the Ink Out Sensor located at the forward end of each ink channel of the Ink Loader. The sensor indicates the passage of ink to provide a count of ink consumption.

Damaged or non-genuine ink sticks may not reliably actuate the sensors. This can lead to false Ink Out messages as well as Ink Stick count faults. Using 8400 model ink in a 8500/8550/8560 models will also cause 9,03x.4x ink stick count faults. Ink Loader will need replaced and then diagnostics entered to run "Clear ISC Fault" test to clear the error. IIf

Has anyone found the answer for this error code??

I have no answer for you but you could try to start the printer without having it connected to internet/usb or with the cartridges out (one at a time). If it only fails if one of these components is in, it might be worth it trying to replace them.

Xerox phaser 8560 errorcode 07,009.42:44596

there are no screws for the maintenance kit. if you are taking about the gear assembly with the motor, there are 3 places where the screws go in, however just replacing the screws does not hold that part properly. there is a kit for that, also you might have a damaged dm camshaft. once you get the printer fixed, and you buy named brand ink, we can get your printer back to warranty, feel free to ask

What is the error on phaser 8560 09,035.43:30363

At 30,363 pages the cyan ink has a miscount or stuck flag. It can be caused by using other than OEM inks. I would check the ink and make sure it is feeding down properly.

Error code 07,010.43:9352

Yeah they do that on their site, Drives people crazy.
What that code means is your print head is not moving side to side or front to back. There are 2 primary causes. I will cover them for you.
1, Did you have a power failure? Or otherwise shut the machine off improperly. If so, try and power off and power on the machine several times. There is a cleaning blade between the drum and print head that will tack to the print head if the machine power is interrupted. Often times letting it reset and warm up a bit will release the blade from the print head. Reason I ask that is I know there was a lot of wind last night knocking out power all over the country.
Now, if that did not happen, here is what to do.
First there is a print head block. Looking from the front of the machine it is located on the left side. You will have to remove the left side cover, one screw on back, one on front and you have to lift and twist some to release the tabs on the covers. About 2/3rds of the way back, near the bottom of the machine.you will see a stainless steel block, about 1 inch square, That block often times becomes contaminated with spill over ink. It is the result of the machine not sitting level either front to back or side to side. There is a metal clip with a spring , that puts pressure on the print head shaft ot move sideways. If you see a lot of ink build up in that block. Slip that spring off, take some channel lock pliers and remove the print head block. Soak it in some hot water to soften up the ink and thoroughly clean the block and print head shaft. Also remove as much of the excess ink that you can in that print block area. Then when done. LEVEL the machine. Easiest way is to plave a level on the platin glass and make sure its sitting level both front to back and side to side.
Now the print head wiper blade mentioned first. That takes a little more time to get to. You have to remove the right and left side covers, then the ink loader must come out, That is where you place the ink sticks. It is held in with plastic tabs on each side the you release and pull up and out. There are 2 connectors on the ink loader also. Once you get that out, you have access to the print head/drum area. Look between the drum and print head for a pinkish color blade and gently detack it from the print head. Then run the remove light stripes and also run the remove smears mode.
One of those 2 will more than likely resolve that problem, I would say at least 95 percent of the time one of those 2 issues will resolve the problem. There is a clutch that drives the wiper blade that I have seen fail. but try the first 2 and let me know what happens.

Phaser 8500dn error code 07,010.43:91955

What is happening is your print head is not moving properly. The 2 most likely problems are these.
Since you mention the maintence kit and tray will not come out I suspect the first.
What happens is if the printer is not sitting level, both front to back and side to side, ink will seep down the print head and get into the print head pivot block. If you remove the covers that block is a 1 inch by 1 inch stainless steel block. located on the left side of the machine, ( looking from the front). It is located about 2/3rd of the way back on the lower part of the frame. Take a look at it, you will probably see yellow ink contamination in the block. You may have to use a pair of chennel lock pliers to remove it, but once removed you need to soak it in warm water to easily clean it. clean the block, the shaft that runs through it and remove the excess ink spilled into the machine. Honestly the easiest way to do that is to remove the print head. If you need to go that far let me know if you want to remove it and I will send directions.
Secondly the print head wiper blade could be tacked to the print head. That will happen if you shut the machine doen improperly, or if there is a power failure or the machine is being unplugged instead of shut down. That would require the removal of the ink loader, ( where you add the ink sticks) to access the print head / drum area. You can then gently detack the blade from the print head. Then run the cleaning cycle.

Printer error press? : 08,030.46:4004

On the Xerox 8500 series, this error 08,030 indicates a problem with the Media Path Drive Motor, PN 807E23090.
What usually causes this are cracked Camshafts, 2 of them that usually break together, or soon after the other breaks. Those PN's are 020K14800 (Drum Maintenance Camshaft) and 008K02160 (Transfix Camshaft) These are very common, and even though the cracks may not look impressive once you see them, they will cause a variety of serious and progressive failures.
I recommend getting all 3 parts, none of them are too expensive. The Transfix Camshaft is difficult to change, so you should consider having a professional do the job. There are also critical timing calibrations to set properly.

Banging noise when starts

Sounds like the process drive assembly has broken its mounting studs. That gear assembly is located on the right side in the front. It is held in place with 3 screws. Check to see if the box is loose, and if it is, then you will probably need to replace the machine. They do have a "fix" for the broken studs, but it won't last very long and is hardly worth the investment if you need to rely on that printer.

Error code 09,038.46:18383

The black ink sensor is stuck down, or you are using defective ink, the wrong model ink, or non-Xerox ink. If you are using the right Xerox brand ink, then your inkloader is broken and should be replaced. You will then need to go into diagnostics and run "Clear ISC Fault" test to get rid of the error.
