Samsung S630 camera says "low battery" then shuts off
You might want to try cleaning the battery contacts in the camera. I usually use a q-tip and rubbing alcohol (not too much, just moisten the tip a little). After doing so, blow in to the camera a couple of times to remove any leftover q-tip fibers and/or alcohol. This happens to me all of the time - the contacts can get a little corrosion/patina on them (even new after manufacturing and storage) that is hardly visible. Good luck.

I accidentally deleted the pictures
If you are using a memory card, take no more pics until you've recovered the photos, take the card out of the camera. This is to reduce the chance of you overwriting some of your "lost" photos. There are many good freeware photo recovery software options that are available to help you recover your photos.
This blog article reviews and outlines several of the better ones.
How do you get the date to show on your images
The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.
IT TAKES A LONG TIME TO TAKE A PHOTO FROM WHEN YOU
This is a common situation with many compact point&shoot cameras. Larger and more expensive dSLRs have additional hardware that eliminates this "shutter lag". You can eliminate much of the lag by anticipating the peak of the action. Press the shutter release button halfway to focus and meter, and hold it there until the moment, then press the shutter release button the rest of the way.

Am unable to download images from my camera, I think I need a new disc.
You don't need any software. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or, despite what I said first, you can use any photo cataloging program such as
Picasa.
Flash not working
The flash bulb is the most common to go, or the pc mini board that developes the high voltage sometimes becomes defective.
After problems with Windows Vista
You should be able to download the driver you need by clicking
here. I may add there does not seem to be an exact match for the firmware upgrade for that camera so do NOT pick one that seems "close enough" as you will likely cause the camera to function properly.
If you have the software for the camera already you can just reinstall it and it will automatically reinstall the driver. if there is an issue with the software not being compatable with vista. you can "fool" it into thinking it's running on another version of windows.
You can make it compatable for win 7. When you install the program, right click on the install icon. on the list that pops up you will see troubleshoot compatability. choose that. when the wizard pops up, chose the second option and click next. you will see a series of check boxes to help make it compatable. chose the first and third check box. click next. in the next window you can chose which version of operating system it normally runs under. pick the one that normally works (sometimes you just have to experiment for the right one). click next and click on the run the program button. install the program as you normally would. it should function properly after that.
Pentax Optio M30- How do
this model not support it, To do that, you need to connect to pc and transfer it. As long you inserted the SD card, IT will use memory from SD card and not display image, video from built in memory.
if you want to delete file in built in memory, you need to remove memory card.

Hi,
This
is a common problem with these camera's. This is either faulty screen
or a problem with CCD sensor. In both situations, repair is never
recommended as buying a new camera would be cost effective as compared
to getting this camera repaired. Try to look at previously saved video's
or images, if you still see distorted pics, it would confirm faulty
screen unless if the saved video's or images are fine, and this happens
only when you try to click a picture, this would confirm faulty CCD
sensor. Many recalls were there due to the same :-
