Go into the mode setting and under 'time set' hit the enter button and use up/down arrows to select time you want then hit mode again to lock it in.

There is a leak in the internal system. It is trying to remove the air from all internal sections in order to store clean Freon that it removes. YOu need to check all the hoses and connections as well as the vacuum pump to be sure that there are no bad connections etc.

Either the meter is faulty or the circuit - try using a different meter and testing a different circuit with the Fluke. Perhaps you aren't using the Fluke correctly and reading the instructions could be a good idea...

That outdoor unit takes batteries and they have to be replaced. When you replace them it is a good idea to bring the unit in the house and be close to the base. They can take up to 20 minutes to start talking to each other. The pressure and indoor temp are inside the display unit. Make sure that there are no other strong radio signals in the house that can interfere with reception.

Make sure that the channel (1,2,3) agrees between the sender and base. You might try a different channel due to interference. double check batteries. Then -- remove batteries from remote and base. Then put batteries in remote first (should be next to base) then insert batteries in the base. Be sure channel is in agreement between the units. Sync can take a minute or longer.
