I have often had the same problem. Resetting the software enabled me to recover. Press and Hold the Play/Pause (center) button and the Previous Song/Rewind (rear) button•at the same time. I held it for about 5 seconds. Then I released both buttons, then pressed the Play/Pause for about 1-2 seconds, the unit powered up and I was able to connect and charge the unit.

I am unfamiliar with the product but it sounds like you might be using old batteries, try switching them out and seeing if that helps.

mine won't either. This is the second pair that have done this. I wish I could help but i was looking for a solution myself. i sent my last pair off and it took six weeks to get my replacement.

Your question does not really help me with working out the problem, check out my website. www.oakleythumprepair.com Orokrs have several problems, mostly battery and sweat damge will be the cause, or someone has opened them! I see Thumps and Orokrs that have been sent to me for repair, returned to the customer unfixable with a clear description of why, only to see them listed on eBay as not charging or wont turn on, not tested ect.

If one speaker is not working, then the chances are its either the Speaker itself or one of the two wires. Speakers and replacement wires with the JST connector are now available. If the glasses power up, make the THUMP sound and power down Its the battery, same if they only last a short time. Most faults are Battery, Sweat Damage, or damaged ribbon cable.
