and it will tell you how to reset your nav and you could try loading the new sofware found here

How do you reset the Navman S80 GPS?

when you discover where let us all know

Problem solved I held the on off button down for 10 seconds and that reset it

Go to the home page and use your USB cord and sign in and you should be able to update.

GO TO NAV MAN OR MIO WEB SITE

i would get another 2 amp fuse as a backup.

Hi I had the same response,with internet access on you can download the software to read it,your security will ask if you trust it confirm and it will load.

Did you tried to recover keys with SmartST ? The option is on the software menu

when turned on the machine asks for the agree / disagree page,
then goes to a picture of a woman looking out a car window.
wont proceed any further. Help or I want my money back NOW

Did you tried to reinstall software with SmartST that came with the package? Mabe it will work.
