It needs the drivers and software inorder to interface with the computer. Google the company and player model and see if there is software and drivers available for your device. Some players require certain drivers that your operating system does not have.

The media content blocked might be due to a password issue. The only other thing I suggest you do is download the full CODEC pack which you can get free online. This should let any media player play the files.

Try restoring the player by taking away all of the data from the unit and not puting it back into it. If there was any corruption in any of the data that was in the unit, by not puting it back in, the player might start with a "clean slate", without any previous corruption. The player just might go back to it's original condition.

Do you mean voice or video recording......

whichever it is your problem maybe because of the fact that some players have only a certain limt of space alloted for recording.for example:in a normal 1 gb player with voice recording function only about 28 hrs(approx. 128 MB ) of voice can be recorded....even if there is plenty of space left in the player the player will not record voice once the full 28 hrs has been used................This recording facility can be reused by deleting the old recorded files.....

Do you have the DVD player for the system? You connect the DVD player to you TV then connect the surround sound system to the DVD player.

That could be bad soldering on the volume control. Especially if it did once connect moving the control. It's probably broken away from the solder track completely now.

Downloading Music to MP3 Player
