Here's what I would try: Plug it into the computer and treat it as an external hard drive. Look it up in Explore and copy what you want to the computer.

I don't think a flash gun will be of any use, as they emit a single burst of high intensity light. You need some form of continuous lighting - check ebay for camcorder lighting, you may find something.

Specs show SD/SDHC memory card slot for adding up to 8 GB. I would recommend SDHC that is high speed (class 10 or above) and high capacity.

Hi you nead to replace the ribbon that connects your screen to the camera as that one during the use it will break .

the resolution of this camera is not very high, with only 3.1 megapixels. you can go to websites like fixmyvideo.com to improve the video, but to get better quality in future videos I would suggest buying a camera with more megapixels. 7 or 8 megapixels are relatively good and you can get a camera with that many for about $90.
