To uninstall the Photo Studio Darkroom 2 software you have to open control panel, locate the Add Remove Program, locate Photo Studio Darkroom 2 and click Change.



After uninstalling Photo Studio Darkroom 2 you will need to restart the computer and then to install again the Arc Soft software that you were using before.

I spoke with the company..still warrantied, so will send it in for repair or replacement;
