Printer not printing giving a black toner catridge
Are you using a factory new ink cartridge?
Please consider the following:
If you are using a refilled or third party cartridge that may well be your problem. Most manufacturers build logic into their products to prevent the use of “Other Equipment Manufactured” cartridges as well as re-filled cartridges.
They do this to prevent problems from contaminated inks causing problems with print quality or damaging the physical printhead.
If you are using factory new cartridges, then please call the manufacturers Technical Support for assistance with the warranty on the cartridges

Solution : Replace the Imaging Unit
The life of the Imaging Unit is approximately 20,000 pages for black and white, or 12,500 pages for color. When the life span of the Imaging Unit has expired, the Smart Panel program window will be displayed on the computer, indicating the unit needs to be replaced; otherwise, your printer will stop printing.
WARNING: Some parts inside the printer may be hot when the printer is powered ON, or after printing. Be careful not to burn yourself when working inside the printer.
To replace the Imaging Unit:
- Power OFF the printer. Press the power switch on the back of the printer to the OFF position (O).
- Wait for the printer to cool.
- Open the Front Cover.
- Remove all of the Toner (Dry Ink) Cartridges and the Waste Toner Container from the printer. See the Related Items below for additional information.
- Pull the Imaging Unit out of the printer using the handle on the bottom of the unit.
- Extend the top handle on the Imaging Unit and then grasp the handle to pull the unit completely out of the printer.
CAUTION: Do not use sharp objects, such as a knife or scissors, to open the Imaging Unit package as this could damage the surface of the unit. Be careful not to scratch the surface of the unit.
Do not expose the Imaging Unit to light for more than a few minutes. Cover it with a piece of paper to protect it, if necessary.
- Remove the new Imaging Unit from its package. Remove the protective devices on both sides of the unit and the paper protecting the surface of the unit.
- Holding the handles on the new Imaging Unit, insert and push the unit into the printer until it clicks into position.
- Remove the four dummy caps on the Toner Cartridge entrances of the Imaging Unit.
- Re-install the Toner Cartridges and the Waste Toner Container into their corresponding slots until they click into position.
- Close the Front Cover and make sure it is securely latched. If the cover is not completely closed, the printer will not operate.
- Power ON the printer. Press the power switch to the ON position (').
NOTE: Each LED on the Control Panel blinks red in a repeated order. Wait for about three minutes for the printer to reach a 'Ready' status.
NOTE: If there is a cracking sound, re-install the Imaging Unit.

Xerox Phaser 6110 - what does continuous red light mean ?
Lemmor, without being rude it sounds like you know nothing about this machine at all.
The printer version of this machine has 5 lights in total. 4 of them refer to the toner carts (flashing means toner low, on solid means run out) the other light (the status light) can mean many things. The most common problem people overlook with red status light is that the waste toner bottle is full and needs replacing. It can mean lots of other things depending what colour it is and whether it is flashing or not. These can all be found in the user manual, or if the status monitor has been installed (usb connection) it should show on the PC screen. With a network install, you can browse to the machine using it's IP address to see the error message.
Please sent me toner resetting count program to
There is no available software program to reset the counter, however you can manually do it, please follow the following steps
1. On the switched off printer remove a back cover (having turned away two screws).
2. On a smaller electronic payment, that which on the right (the photo see) find a microcircuit 93?66.
3. Find on it 3rd and 4th legs. On a key numbering of legs goes counter-clockwise if to look from above. 1st leg of a microcircuit 93C66 is In the given model of the printer on the right below. Means upwards from it - 2nd, 3rd and 4th.
4. Further, a metal subject close legs 3 and 4.
5. Include the printer, leaving closed 3rd and 4th legs of the given microcircuit, thus indicators of the control panel of the printer will light up and will go out.
6. After they have gone out, wait still approximately hardly less seconds and open legs, counters will thus be nulled. At once it can not turn out. It is necessary to try some times, varying time before disconnection of legs of a microcircuit.
7. After self-testing the printer leaves in readiness and the red indicator of absence of a toner should not light up.
Also regarding your second question I would say HP toner might work on xerox however its not recommended as it may cause other issues so better go for Xerox toner on xerox printer

Printer says paper jam, but no paper is jammed
Check the following information.......
http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Other-printing-questions/Paper-Jam-Error/m-p/305772#M20513or
most of the time for a paper jam, there is a QUEUE of papers waiting to be printed. id take out the usb cable via the back of the computer {the one that connects to the printer} go into the control panel, look for printers, double click on that, find the printer, it should say {working offline} right click that, choose the uninstall/delete opts. turn off the printer. reboot the machine, wait until it boots all the way up. take the printer, turn it on, then plug back in the usb cable to the back of the machine. if it is windows either xp/vista it will auto find the usb cable and install automatically. you can then go back to the control panel, printers and it should be listed in the directory. try to right click go to properties of the printer and do a TEST PRINT, should print out.
Xerox Phaser 6110N
You need to try to restore you windows first and then look at the drivers problem. Restore windows and unistall any software from Xerox. Make sure all is working fine. Download the printer package from Xerox and try adding the printer manually
I replaced my black ink
This printer is designed to print up to 50 000 pages trough its life. After that the transfer belt and the drum have to be replaced but the price is more than a new printer. So first check the counter (press the button and it will print it)
The cheap toner has entered in the black developing module where it mixed with the remained old original toner. They differ and tend to curdle. This is why printouts are poor after installing the new original toner. Try to print 20-50 black pages to take the curdled mix out. The developing module is part of the drum unit. It is hard to take apart and clean but not impossible. Buying a new drum unit is the last step, even after getting a new printer.
Have a Phaser 6110 MFP. When I scan a page using
There are some small spots on the "seal" glass. It is the 3/4 inch wide strip under the scanner, not the main glass. Clean that strip well, I suggest taking some rubbing alcohol and just a regular piece of paper, crumpled up. Use that to clean that strip vigorously.
That will take care of it.
I have no driver to install .how do I get it?

- On the page which opens, select the operating system of your computer (Windows Xp/ Vista..) and click on the "Go" button. Then download the required drivers.
