No.maybe the problem are with the print heads or nozzles.

Is there any text to indicate what this light refers to?In general, you might want to remove paper trays, and use a compressed air can to spray inside the printer, especially the paper path. Oftentimes, paper dust will impede a photo-optic sensor, and keep an indicator light lit when there i no real reason for it. It can also give you a paper jam indication when there is none.So blow out all paper dust to get the printer to work correctly now.Cheers!-a.

Please find below the link to download the driver.
I hope that the printer is connected via USB. If yes, please do not connect the USB cable before running the software. The software shall prompt you to connect the printer. Once prompted, please connect the USB cable and make sure the printer is powered on.

We cannot reset the chip through printer or system. Now a days chip re-setters are available & memory chips also available in the market, choose better one.

If you send a print job such as word sometimes you actually have a second page but it will be blank. look at your document to see if there is a page 2.Also under the settings of the printer you will find where it says copies, that needs to be set to one(1). If this is a network printer simply type in the address of the printer in the address bar of Internet Explorer and the printer will appear with all the settings and paper trays etc. If it has a screen on the printer go to configuration and look in there for "copies" then change it to "1"
