I was unable to find any information in regards to there being a recall involving this particular model number. However, to be sure you can go to the Consumer Product Safety Commision's (CPSC) website and check their database. They are the government agency that handles all recalls. call the 1-800 number and they will send you all new hard wear I had to do the same thing with my crib moving from Fla. to PA I lost my screws.. they sent me a set I had to pay shipping

We are missing the two drop rods. We called the company and they said that they don't carry that model anymore and will have to look elsewhere.
