PROGRAM

You haven't descibed neither your issue nor the computer system you are using so my wild guess is that you don't have the correct driver installed in your computer. In this case you should go to SONY Support site for your NWE002F Player: http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu-download.pl?mdl=NWE002F&upd_id=3217&os_id=27,7,16,22,29,30,28&ULA=YES

Song is not play

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format.You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer ordownload them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.

I keep putting music onto

the problem with this is normally the format. Sony Don.t normally play .WMA files they have to be converted to .Mp3 files. if that doesn't work then some media players need set storage locations to work, look in the instruction Manuel or try sending the info to your device using windows media player

Format error

Hi,

The FORMAT ERROR message may occur if the Walkman player has been formatted using the format utility in Windows Explorer. To correct this issue, initialize (format) the portable player using the Initialize or Format utility built into your Walkman player.
Home button-->Menu-->Advanced Menu-->Initialize-->Format-->OK.

Reset the unit by pressing the RESET button with a small object such as a paper clip. Reset button is located near the volume buttons.

This should resolve the issue.

Thanks for using FixYa
