you could either torrent the file (not recommended) or buy a new one... sorry

This is common for most cheaply made media players and Win 7 pc's. Boot Windows in safe mode (press F8 after bios post but just be for Windows boots) then conect your media play. Windows sound and auto run features are not running in safe mode. So just open my computer to access your usb mp3 player.

Since the operating system and navigation software are preloaded into the internal flash memory of the GPS, the freezing may either be software or hardware failure. First, press the "Reset" button or push the stylus into the "Reset" hole, to see if the navigation software can load successfully. If the program still does not load, then the software may be corrupted. Also, if the internal memory fails to read or write and the software cannot load properly, it may be caused by hardware failure. In either case, please return the unit for exchange or repair to the retail location from which you purchased it, or contact us for further assistance.

Insert your ( memory card , flash disk , cellphone , .... ) into your computer.

Open up 'My Computer'. You should see it under the list of available drives.

Check its contents first to make sure that you have the right drive.

In 'My Computer', right-click on the drive and choose 'Format'.

Leave all the options as they are and click on 'Start'. This is a non-reversible process so make sure this is what you truly wanted to do in the first place.

Once the process is completed, take the memory card out and insert it into your Digital Camera or any other device. Try to browse to it to make sure it works fine now.

unfortunately on this mp3 player there is no firmware updates to fix this problem. So it is possible the unit will no longer work. An with the price of the unit it isn't worth it to try and have nextar fix it. Only thing you can try is to format the device and if after that it works then you are good if not there is nothing the consumer can do.

when you plug the device in, it should just popup in my computer as a lettered drive. Select the newly installed drive and you can drag and drop music onto the device. here is the manual for reference http://www.nextar.com/images/Product/MA933A%20%20manual%20-English.pdf it requires a pdf viewer such as adobe pdf reader..

well it could be a simple a) plug headphones in more/less in the jack or b) the jack left/right side of the jack needs resoldered on the board inside where the guts of the hardware is.

convert these wav files in format mp3 with the help of tvc converter/other mp3 converter then install these mp3 files on your player and enjoy
