That player is officially toast. There is no recovery software or firmware upgrades for that device - once the key system file is delted, it cannot be recovered.
How do i get mine to show up on my computer and
Normally it should automatically show up its files when you insert it in you pc usb socket. Otherwise go to your computer icon and then your MP3 icon should show up. lf not l will give you another solution.
When I switch on & tune my MP3 player , it
the mp3 file has become currupt, simply plug back into computer, then format the player, you need to tell it to format in default!!
once formatted, remove the battery, put back in then put back in computer, then just put your desired songs on, this should sort out the problem!!

Perform a computer network compartibilities observation.
1. Ascertain that the computer network strcuture are within compartibility to make download attainable.
2.Ascertain that the network websites from where resources are acquired is within functionality
3. In situations that the network website from where the resources are display advertisments require purchasing the retailers customer version.
Ascertain that the computer si within functionalities.

1) Go to the My Computer > Right click on the MP3 player > Format...
2) If this doesn't help - bring it to the warranty repair service or ask to replace it - then you can't fix it yourself.

You may want to try to reformat the player and then load music again after the restore. It also may be a problem on the type of file you are trying to play. Most common formats are .wma, .mp3, .wav
