79 errors are often linked to firmware. Unplug the printer from power as well as any network or USB cables you may have plugged in. If the printer will restart without an interface cable connected then it is likely a bad print job. Clear all jobs from the print queues and then plug in the interface cable. If printer continues to stay at ready, download the current firmware and install it. This should resolve the problem.

Next time include the System error code, in this case 61:XX.
Power off and remove the power cord. Reconnect and power on. Make sure that the correct driver is loaded.
Make sure that the Graphic language setting is correct.
Resend the file to the printer.
Make sure that the Firmware is up to date. Upgrading the Firmware will re-install the PostScript fonts.
It is also possible that the file is password protected.

Please try these two steps.

Try to download a print diagnostic tool or hardware diagnostic tools that will helps you find the problem. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&os=2093&product=3645097#N392.

If not, try to add again the printer with the same name and set it as default printer to restore back the original settings that might change.

Using the front panel, run diagnostics on the SENSORS.
The media sensor or the out of paper sensor might be jammed in the wrong position.

47:XX is a Starwheel motor mailfunction.

Look for any obstruction in the starwheel and move it in a up and down motion, try and lift it gently.

Either the lifter motor or main pca will need to be replaced if it doesnt dissapear.
Some people have stated that it was a slight crack in the lifter motor housing...aparently this is the cure of 90% of these problems.

Did it ever work?

You are using the Post Script drivers, right?
Power down the printer from the back. Disconnect the power cord. Plug it back in and power it up.
Check the graphic language setting of the printer(look at the User Guide)
Resend the file.
Upgrade the firmware to the latest version (www.hp.com/#support)
