This MP3 doesn't use iTunes. Please read your manual and make sure you have installed the software needed, or that came with the MP3. If you still have problems please look at the company website under support.

The mp3 player wont charge.

Some mp3's don't expressly charge on the computer, that why when you connect it, the computer only sees it as a flash but is not actually charging it all this while and the battery is completely down. So try and get an external charger for it, the battery may be completely dead.Or probably you need to change the battery. Hope that puts a smile on your face.

When i plug in the audio wire to listen to it on

Your plug-in is not functioning properly. It appears it has become loose over prolonged use and is dirty. I suggest clean the plug-in by blowing air OR with a soft cotton wad slightly moistened with mild detergent ( Best is ear cleaning buds). Also check the wiring connection in the audio jack as that also can be loose OR fix a new Audio Jack

I can't Get music onto my mp3 Player

Download the latest driver from Samsung Website. Then follow the instructions on how to force install it:

1. Look for the icon named "Computer" or "My Computer" and right click on it and select properties, this will open a window named "System Properties".
2. In the system properties windows click on the tab named "Hardware", and Select "Device Manager".
3. On this window you will see all the devices installed on your computer, look for the device not working properly (printer, dvd rom, keyboard, camera, mp3 player, etc), if there is a bigger problem, more likely you will see a cross by it, or an alert stating there is an issue with it.
4. Right click on the device you where having problems with and select uninstall, it will give you a confirmation, press OK
5. Once the device disappeared from the list, click on the menu bar icon that looks like a computer with a magnifying glass this will cause for the system to scan for any devices not registered and will force the re installation of the device.

Laptop wont turn on

try and plug it in directly to the wall and not on battery if that fails then try and remove one thing at a time and try booting until it boots first try removing the hard drive, then if that dosent work try the memory if that fails then you could have a bad fan inside that needs replacing or just cloged with dirt try and blow it all out with a can of compressed air

System says fully charged when it is not

have you tried updating the firmware? Go to Samsung.com support > download center > type in the model number (yp-k5jab) click on firmware, and download the version that corresponds with your device. install the firmware updater on your computer, plug in your device. and flash the firmware. (this will erase ALL songs and settings so you will want to back those up first). After that its like brand new. Keep the updater handy, since this might crop up again.

My sansa mp3 player doesn`t seem to charge anymore. what do i do?

My best bet is the cable gone wrong. If you can find a similar cable to purchase from a computer shop or a friend you can try it.
