Unlocked codes for blackberry 8700g

Remove the battery and you should see a sticker with several numbers on it behind where the battery was resting. One of these should be labeled either an IMEI or an ESN.

Contact the service provider the phone was made to be used with (AT&T, Verizon, whomever) and provide them with this IMEI or ESN. Once they have obtained the number, they can provide you with the unlocking code as well as the process to unlock it.

Hi,

When you are trying to open a third party application on the BlackBerry smartphone, the following error message is displayed: The application {application name} has attempted to open a connection inside the firewall and outside the firewall which is not allowed by your IT policy. This issue is caused by a restriction in the BlackBerry smartphone's firewall.
To remove the firewall restriction, complete the following steps:
  1. On your BlackBerry smartphone, go to Options > Security Options > Firewall.
  2. De-select Enterprise Messaging.
  3. If this does not work, turn off the firewall by selecting Disable in the Status field. If you are not able to turn off the firewall, contact your IT Administrator as there is an IT policy restricting your firewall settings.
Hope I helped you.
Thank you for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!

Need the settings for my phone to be able to brows on the internet.

Have you previously received the settings from your mobile network provider - usually in the format of a text message. If not speak to your network provider and request these features are enabled on your phone. They will send you a text message which you normally have to save (all instructions specific for your network) will be in the text message.

How to increase signal strength of blackberry 8700g

When I lose signal strength, which doesn't take much with this device - It can sat in the same position and go from GSM to EDGE through no movement. A sure fire way is to turn the device off and then back on. This always works for me.

Another trick I have discovered is by switching networks - options/ mobile network and changing network selection mode from automatic to manual and allowing to select available networks which can take a minute or so choosing a selection and then going back in and changing back to autmatic.
